A destination photo shoot of celebrities Billy Crawford and Coleen Garcia has recently gone viral for more than the dramatic shots and artsy fashion that they sported. In partnership with Ethiopian Airlines, the two flew to Africa and had a full-blown fashion shoot in the streets and deserts of Ethiopia. The result is nothing short of a beautiful disaster. Insensitive, offensive and politically incorrect and tone-deaf. These are some of the words that have been used to describe the couple's latest prenuptial photos. Netizens reacted about there photos having the people in Ethiopia as background people. They were accused of using them as props and backgrounds and people can't help but agree.

The Photographer of the said Prenup Shoot defended his work and the couple's artistic decision by claiming that they were highlighting the country's culture. The best example to prove this is that one picture with the Ethiopian mother and child.

Dressed in a luxurious gown and a floral suit, Garcia and Crawford struck a power couple pose while an Ethiopian mother carrying her child stood in the background. This sent out one clear message: “Look at us. Aren’t we beautiful? Dolled up in these designer clothes influenced by a culture we neither belong to or understand.”

The offending photos have since been taken down from the viral post of ABS-CBN promoter Nhoie Gurrobat.
Gurrobat stated in the post’s comments section, “Hindi kaya kayo yung racist sa pag-oover-analyze n’yo ng mga bagay-bagay tulad nito… kayo yung may issue sa mga blacks at mababa yung tingin sa kanila?”
